Privacy policy

In short

This website presents our studio and our games. It has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics scripts and no tracking cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own domain. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send by email, or give us when you enter one of our giveaways on X.

Who we are

This website is run by Red Owl Gaming, the controller of the personal data described here. It does not offer gambling. You can reach us at contact@redowlgaming.com.

What we collect

Nothing about you as a person, unless you write to us or enter a giveaway.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested to deliver and protect the site. These short-lived request logs are kept according to Cloudflare's retention periods. Cloudflare may also produce anonymous, cookie-free visit statistics.

The home page keeps one session-only flag in your browser (sessionStorage) so its opening animation plays once per visit. It is not a cookie, holds no identifier and is deleted when you close the tab.

When you open the home page, we read the language your browser asks for to send you to the right version of the site. Nothing is stored for this.

Email

If you write to contact@redowlgaming.com, we receive your address and your message. We use them only to reply. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not share them. We keep them only as long as the conversation needs.

Giveaways

If you enter one of our giveaways on X, we collect your X handle, your entry reply and its link, the time you entered, what your public X profile shows (account age, follower count, whether you follow us and reposted), the username of your account on the platform where the prize is paid, any screenshot you post and, for a crypto prize, the receiving address you send us.

We use this only to run that giveaway, check entries and send prizes. Your X handle, already public on X, appears in the published list of eligible entries and, if you win, in the result, so anyone can check the draw. Platform usernames, screenshots and addresses are never published or shared, and are deleted after the period stated in that giveaway's rules.

Our games

Our games are played on third-party casino platforms. Those operators run their own accounts, payments and player data under their own privacy policies. This policy covers only this website.

Adults only

This website is meant for adults. Our games are for players aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone younger. If you believe a minor has written to us, tell us and we will delete the message.

Legal basis

We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), when you write to us, to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and, when you enter a giveaway, to run the giveaway you entered and keep its draw verifiable (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Processors and transfers

Cloudflare, Inc. processes data on our behalf. Data may be processed in the United States, covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to restrict its processing and to object to it. Write to contact@redowlgaming.com. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, we post the new version on this page with a new date.
